All work performed by Wildflower Homebuilders is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty beginning on the date of substantial completion. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defects in workmanship or materials provided and installed by our team that do not meet our standards of professional quality and performance.
This warranty covers workmanship and installation defects only, not wear and tear, owner misuse, or damage caused by external events such as accidents, weather, or neglect. Our goal is to ensure that your project continues to meet the level of quality you expect from Wildflower.
In addition to our workmanship warranty, all new products, materials, and appliances installed on our jobs are covered by their individual manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by product and manufacturer, and typically cover issues related to defects in manufacturing or performance.
