Whether you already own land or are still searching for the right lot, we’ll guide you through feasibility, site conditions, and next steps. This stage sets the foundation for a smooth and well-planned project.
Design & Planning
Once we understand your goals, we collaborate with our design partners to develop a plan tailored to you. Together we refine your floor plan, architectural details, and finish selections. Our design team helps balance style, functionality, and cost so your home fits your aesthetic and your budget.
Budget & Proposal
With your design in place, we build a detailed construction estimate and timeline. We believe in full transparency—every number and allowance is clearly outlined before construction begins. No surprises, no hidden costs, just honest information that helps you make confident decisions.
Construction
This is where your home comes to life. Our project management team oversees each phase of construction, maintaining clear communication and high-quality standards from foundation to final finishes. You’ll have regular updates, site visits, and open access to our team every step of the way.
Final Walkthrough
Before move-in, we complete a thorough walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Any adjustments are addressed immediately so you can move in with confidence, knowing your new home has been built to last.
Warranty & Ongoing Care
Every Wildflower home includes a one-year workmanship warranty along with manufacturer warranties on new materials and systems. We stand behind our work and are here long after the final key exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary in-home consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. We’ll assess whether your project is a good fit for our team and gather information to begin shaping a plan.
Preliminary Budget Proposal
We contact our trusted trade partners and gather initial estimates to provide you with a high-level cost proposal based on the size and scope of your remodel.
Design or Pre-Construction Agreement
If you’re comfortable with the preliminary numbers, we’ll move forward with a design or pre-construction agreement. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to planning your project in detail.
Design Collaboration
Victoria, our design expert, will meet with you to understand your aesthetic preferences and gather inspiration. She’ll start curating design concepts while we continue refining pricing with our trades.
Selections Meeting at Our Design Center
You’ll meet with Victoria (and sometimes both of us) at our design center. All materials, fixtures, and finishes are pre-selected and presented to make the process efficient, collaborative, and fun.
Plans & Permits
If architectural drawings or permits are required, we’ll coordinate all of it on your behalf. This ensures your project is fully approved and ready for construction.
Final Contract & Deposit
Once selections and plans are finalized, we’ll provide a fixed-price contract. Upon signing and receiving your deposit, we’ll schedule your project for construction.
Construction Begins
We handle everything from demo to the final details. Our team schedules and oversees trades to ensure quality work and efficient progress. We keep you updated throughout the entire build.
Final Walkthrough & Completion
When work is substantially complete and inspections are passed, we walk through the home with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Final payment is collected at this stage.
