We begin with a complimentary in-home consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget.
We contact our trusted trade partners and gather initial estimates to provide you with a high-level cost proposal.
We will meet with you at our design center to select your materials.
After finalizing selections and plans, we’ll provide a fixed price contract. Upon signing and receiving your deposit, we will schedule your project!
We will handle everything, including demo, permits, and details. Our team schedules and oversees trades to ensure quality work.
When work is complete and any applicable inspections are passed, we will walk through the home with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can stay in your home while your kitchen is being remodeled. Some clients choose to stay elsewhere while work is being done, however, it is completely up to you.
After the planning stage is completed, the remodel can take between 3-6 weeks. It just depends on the size of the project. A few updates will go much faster than an entire kitchen remodel.
If you are changing structural elements, adding or removing windows and doors, or moving plumbing and electrical, you will need a permit.
If you are completing minor updates such as paint, tile, new cabinets, or flooring, you most likely will not need one. We will be here to explain the process for your specific project and handle any permit needs you will have!
